Our ICT50115 - Diploma of Information Technology (Release 2) includes a high level of Vendor (Microsoft) content that is consistent to what is delivered to existing industry IT technicians. Vendor training is recognised internationally as an industry benchmark for product specific training.
The Microsoft courses included in this diploma have been mapped to incorporate general industry requirements in networking, basic website development and customer service to serve as a general I.T. Administrator.

ICT15 Advanced Diploma or Vocational Graduate Certificate qualifications or other higher education sector qualifications.
Once you graduate, you will be able continue your studies at a University Degree level or seek a career in the ICT industry with the intention of establishing a career in a general I.T. adminstrator role.
Persons working at this level provide a broader rather than specialised ICT support function, applying a wide range of higher level technical skills in ICT areas such as networking, IT support, database development, programming and web development.
Note: Completion of this course does not guarantee any employment outcomes. Some employers may also require Vendor Certification (Microsoft MCSD for example).
