AIBT has approved credit transfer with several South Australian Universities for graduates of the ICT50715 Diploma of Software Development.

Note: Completion of this course does not guarantee any employment outcomes. Some employers may also require Vendor Certification (Microsoft MCSD for example). Associated Vendor exams are available during this course as an optional extra.

Entry Requirement

There are no entry requirements for this qualification.

Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

  • after achieving ICT40515 Certificate IV in Programming, or other relevant qualifications or units equivalent to the core of ICT40515,

Or

  • other relevant qualifications or units equivalent to the core of ICT40515

Or

  • with demonstrated vocational experience in a range of support-related work environments in service desk support, database support, networking support or similar

Additional Entry Requirement for International Students

  • Literacy and mathematical skills equivalent to Year 12 in the Australian Schooling System.
  • International students MUST have minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent
