Tailored Courses

Tailored courses offer a flexible solution to individuals and corporate organisations.  This solution allows us to review the client’s current position and create courses that best meet their needs and the learning outcomes of the course at the best price.  This option minimises the disruption to the business. • Boot Camps
  These are compressed courses covering appropriate content for the training audience and in a limited amount of time. Boot camps are designed to target specific learning outcomes, ie Exams. Participants are required to meet all pre-requisites prior to attending a Boot Camp.
  
  
• Workshops
  Where an organisation has a number of participants requiring different courses a group is created where an Instructor facilitates the groups learning in different topics. The Instructor is well versed in each topic and ensures that students acquire the learning outcomes required by the course. The students undertake a mixture of self-paced and facilitated learning in a classroom environment.
  
  
• On-Line and Instructor-Led blend
  Similar to a workshop this blend allows participants to undertake their own on-line learning in a classroom environment. An Instructor is available to assist participants who require assistance and can facilitate topics that are more advanced or outside of the course material. This option allows for multiple student knowledge levels and reduces costs for the organisation.
  
  
• Out of Hours Delivery
  Courses can be conducted over a number of equivalent evenings or on weekends to reduce the time lost by companies. This option also decreases the cost to a company by allowing the organisation to receive group discounts based on the number of participants in the course.
