If an attendee from client’s organisation resigns within 6 months of attending a pre-paid course, you may send an alternate employee to the same course for free.
The Course must have been pre-paid by employer and employee resigns through self-decision to either change employment or retirement, not through disciplinary reasons/circumstances.
Any substitute employee must be registered for the same course within 4 weeks of their employment start date where they replaced the employee whom resigned.
Replacement employees must supply their own course material (aquired from the prevous employee) or a charge for a new workbook will be incurred by the employer.
This guarantee is conditional upon the first available and a course that already has the minimum of 2 persons registered not including the free replacement person. Courses will only run when these minimum requirements are met. Academy IT reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses that do not achieve these minimum requirements.
